How to enable themes and personas:
1) Type 'about:config' into the URL bar and press enter.
2) Right click on any of the attributes listed in preference list
3) Click New => Boolean
4) Enter 'lightweightThemes.forceSkinning' for the name
5) Set initial value to true
Doing this will allow themes and personas to be applied simultaneously, but many will not display personas properly. It is the responsibility of the theme designer to modify their theme to work with personas properly.
