Honda Fit Hybrid

Honda Japanese car maker released its new car Honda Fit Hybrid in 2011.. with hybrid technology, called He has a minor cosmetic refresh and equipment upgrades and fuel efficiency, small size and low emissions are becoming increasingly important to many consumers.

Features:
New Fit Hybrid uses a powertrain Honda hybrid enthusiasts are most certainly familiar with. Honda packs the same parallel hybrid powertrain used in the current Insight into the little Fit hatchback, providing it with a 1.3-liter I-4, a continuously variable transmission, and an electric motor sandwiched between the two. The setup is good for 98 horsepower and 123 pound-feet of torque, which isn’t a dramatic departure from the 117 ponies and 106 pound-feet delivered by the Fit’s standard 1.5-liter I-4.

In inside, the cabin is also given a fresh look with darker single color dashboard, which contrasts strongly with the blue lighting of the dials and stereo. It is also available with leather trim, the first time this has been available on a Jazz model in Europe. These are limited to new grille and bumper designs which are said to help improve the car’s aerodynamic efficiency, plus revised tail lamps and updated interior trims.

Honda officially take the wraps off its new Fit Hybrid until the start of the 2010 Paris Motor Show in September, but the automaker has been kind to release a few images and some preliminary specifications ahead of the Parisian debut.
